My name is Jarrid Boudreaux. I continually strive to earn the business of everyone I work with, let me help you sell your property or find your next home. My strong sense of community and desire to help those living here is my driving force. I have a great deal of pride in our heritage as I have spent my life in Lafayette.
After spending 15 years working for the best furniture company in the business, I needed to pursue something that gave me more time with my family. So, five years ago, my wife and I began investing in real estate. Immediately, I knew I’d found my passion. After buying rental properties, we progressed to flipping houses. My wife heads that side of the business and has hit the ground running.
As the projects started getting bigger, it made much more sense for me to get my real estate license. My real estate license enables me to help others make real estate transactions or purchase new investments. If there is one part of this business that I feel very comfortable in, it’s negotiating.
